  • If we believe we cannot deliver on a particular assignment, we will not waste your time by taking it on.
  • We will give you honest and reliable information on the market, your visibility in the market, and our approach to the overall search process.
  • We will be responsive and proactive in keeping you apprised of all relevant matters related to the search.
  • We will not present candidates we know aren’t suitable for the role you want to fill.
  • All candidates we present to you will always be fully briefed on your position and your company.
  • We will not recruit from your organization.
  • Everything about the assignment will be in confidence, and your need for confidentiality will never be at risk.

Candidates

  • We will not present your resume to a client without your express permission.
  • We will not “burn” your references or friends for our individual gain.
  • We will welcome and treasure your referrals.
